It was a special experience at our local public library today as we rung in the New Year at their Noon Years Eve party! What a wonderful program for young children, and their parents, who won’t be able to stay up until midnight so that everyone can still enjoy this special day. As we ring in the New Year, I am thinking of all the incredible public services our community has to offer; such as our libraries.
