As stage rehearsals continued this week for Cherubini’s Medea, we got to hear every principal cast member sing some of their biggest moments in the hall. Here, soprano Janai Brugger passionately sings “Amore, vieni a me,” Glauce’s signature aria in which she expresses her ardent love to Giasone and assures her betrothed that Medea, his former lover, cannot disrupt their relationship.
