This is the beautiful technique ‘botanical contact printing’ and here I’m using 300gsm watercolour paper that has been treated. Fresh leaves are wrapped in paper, bound up tightly and simmered in a dyepot for 90 minutes. The prints certain leaves give you, are breathtaking.
