HOLD THE SUPPORT OF YOUR BACK ✨POSTURE! I always think of the posture in two layers. When your teacher says “bottom in” sometimes we sink into the lower back, then they say shoulder back and we stick the bottom out. All this can be difficult to master exactly the sensation. I like to think about teaching the tailbone down, bringing the top of the ribs closed and visualising the rib cage being up and over. M
