My love of soup goes so deep. I used to eat Leek and Potato Soup on super cold days in college and I swear it just warmed your soul. This is my version and the crème fraiche and dill take it to another level. It’s comforting, warming and very easy to make. The whole family had seconds and that doesn’t happen that often
