I've got a PC that will hang on the Windows XP splash screen when it's "restarted". But if Shutdown cold and then powered on it boots up ok. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? PC is a new Intel H55 ...

I have a client that has a computer that is stuck in a reboot loop. Before it gets to the login screen the computer will just reboot. This is the third time this has happened to this one computer.
