Horsham ChATs is offering residents preparation tips before the storm hits the Philadelphia region this weekend.

This weekend's storm could affect close to 200 million people and drop more than 20 inches of snow in some areas, according to multiple weather reports.

An estimated 100 million people were under some type of winter weather watch, warning or advisory on Wednesday ahead of the storm, the National Weather Service said.
